Fiscals: Ministry of Heath - Health stamp (used for paying medical charges) The stamps are printed by the Egyptian Post in Cairo. Note the perforation: looks almost like a line-perforation.

Fiscals: Income tax stamp. All such fiscals should have a contol serial number, but are also known without, as shown here! These stamps always come in pairs: one stamp is acting as receipt. The stamps are printed by the Egyptian Post in Cairo. Note the perforation: looks almost like a line-perforation, but probably the needles are just badly arranged.
